Wipe off thoroughly. For oily skin apply cleansing milk, cleanser. Normal soap being alkaline makes the skin dry and dull. Use a soap containing glycerine like cream for dry skin. For oily skin, use a gel wash. Use medicated wash if acne is more on the face. For acne mainly the above cleansing does not make much difference. Sebum released from the oil glands causes acne.
Get the right tone while sleeping. This is likely to reduce acne. Nowadays laser rays are a suggestion for acne this is because the laser rays go to the root of the oil gland and stop the secretion of sebum but these treatments are expensive. After applying the cleanser should be removed with cotton or cloth so as not to clog the pores of the skin. Wrinkles can be reduced by applying a cleanser every day before going to bed. Skin is fine. Should be used carefully around the eyes. Cleansing expands the pores and deeply cleanses the skin.

If you want to give a full body massage, then the person should be put on a mat, rainbow or a clean sheet on a hard bed and let him sleep on it as much as possible. Touch is the fundamental basis of massage. Due to a properly done massage, the heat of the masseur and the recipient is reflected in each other’s body.

3) The Process of Giving Steam in Facials :
The method of taking steam has been in vogue for a long time. In facials, steam is taken on the face. But sometimes steam has to be taken for the whole body. 1) Stimulation of sweat and oil glands by steam helps in flushing out the impurities. 2) The blood supply to the skin is greatly increased. Grows on these parts where the blood supply is less. 3) The steam converts the fat in the sebaceous glands into an emulsion. 4) It helps to reduce fat and infection. Helps in increasing blood circulation. 5) The dullness of the skin goes away and the skin remains good. Oiliness and smoothness of the skin are balanced. 6) Due to the heat the pores of the skin become loose and it feels fresh.
Heat water in an electric steam pot to the given mark. Steam your face for as long as you can bear. Take a towel over your head. If there is no such utensil, dip a Turkish towel in hot water and wring it out and gently move it across the face without applying pressure, spreading it as far as you can tolerate. Care should be taken that the effect of heat is uniform on all the faces. You also get a steaming machine. Steam is used to remove the black head. But if it is not happening, then dissolve one teaspoon of magnesium sulfate (Epsum salt) in a cup of warm water and apply it after it cools down.
4) The Process of Face Pack in Facials:
The face pack reduces the sagging of the skin and tightens the skin then the skin is refreshed. The face pack applied in facials is called a mask. Before using any face pack, whether there is allergy or not, the test should be taken as given earlier. Most face packs are not allergic. However, caution should be exercised. Facepack should be monogamous. Its particles should not be visible on the face when applied. Face pack can be applied with the help of cotton or cloth. Spread evenly with fingers.
When the astringent is applied, the cells shrink and it becomes sterile. Skin fresheners also dilate the pores and leave the skin feeling stimulated and glowing. Wet the cotton and squeeze out the water. And apply the pack. It is convenient to use gauze. Antiseptic for oily skin, soap for dry skin should be used in moderation. Use soap sparingly for dry skin, it becomes more dry when used more.
5) Toning Procedure in Facial :
Massaging and steaming make the skin’s pores larger and looser, and toning does the job of undoing this. Astringent should be used for oily skin and skin freshener should be used for dry skin. A cotton cloth or gauze is soaked in water and squeezed and applied to the entire face with four to five drops of liquid on it. If toning is to be done at home, then apply cucumber juice or lemon and orange juice.
The holes are restored. And the skin is protected. The skin becomes soft. Washing your face with two to three drops of tincture benzoin in cold water is also a disinfectant. By massaging and steaming, if you first apply a cleansing cream or (two to three drops of lemon juice in milk) and after cleansing, do toning, the pores are closed and the skin is protected.
